COVID-19 Response Policy

We are still OPEN and here to assist you, with some modifications:

Effective immediately, only team members may enter the building until further notice.

Please remain in your vehicle and call us at 608-882-5330 once you arrive.

If your pet is here for a scheduled appointment:

  • Keep your pet in the vehicle until we have completed check-in over the phone.
  • A team member will meet at your vehicle and transport your pet inside.
  • Once your pet’s exam is complete, the doctor and the veterinary team will call you to discuss results and recommendations.
  • Please wait in the parking lot until your pet’s appointment is complete.
  • At team member will return your pet to your vehicle.
  • Payment will be completed over the phone whenever possible.

If your pet is here for a drop-off or surgical procedure:

  • Keep your pet in the vehicle until we have completed check-in over the phone.
  • A team member will meet at your vehicle and transport your pet inside.
  • Your veterinarian and the team will update you on the procedure and advise when you should return to pick up your pet.
  • Payment will be completed over the phone whenever possible.

If you are here to pick up medications, pet food, or for any other reason:

  • Please call to notify us of your arrival and request curbside assistance.

Until further notice, we are not scheduling appointments for vaccines (unless your pet’s rabies vaccine is overdue) or spay, neuter, or declaw surgeries. We may be contacting you to reschedule existing appointments and procedures if they are deemed non-essential.

We are still open and here to assist you and your pets and farms! We appreciate that these policies may present an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our staff, clients, patients, and community safe.
