Growing up in the Detroit and Minneapolis metro areas, Maria never experienced living in a small town until she moved to Wisconsin in 2003. She began working at Evansville Veterinary Service in 2005 and is happiest when playing practical jokes on everyone at the clinic. When Maria is not traveling around the country to see Brad Paisley in concert, she is taking photos, listening to Prince, watching Badgers and Packers football, eating tacos and boating. She shares her home with her two perfect dogs, Paxton and Finn, one cat named Squeaks, and her husband John.
